This is used to design the programme that may span an hour or a series of events over a longer period.
- We then facilitate a discussion to define where the Board wants to be, within a given timeframe, budget and the scope of the training and development requirements. This ensures that expectations are aligned with the training programme.
- The last step is to develop and implement a structured training module or a series of modules, that is unique to your board, bridging the gap between its current and desired state. The whole process is driven by your boards' desire for change within the defined timeline and topics chosen.
